For every new sign up account, with 1 month subscription fee, MY AGENT PROPERTY is extending the 1st month usage to 3 month. User can utilize the promo 3 month period to upkeep properties data and advertisements, explore and hand-on the features, share and expand the networking group, experience the conveniences adapt to new technology workflow.
What will happen if a user stop subscribe to MY AGENT PROPERTY?
1) User will receive notification of account to be expired 7 days before the expiry. User can make new subscription before the expiry, new extension period will count from date of expiry.
2) Upon expiry, system will automatically forbidden user to log in to the account. However user posted advertisement is valid to be searched and viewed from the website.
3) 7 days after the expiry, without new subscription, admin will hide all the posted property advertisement from search and view by the public and network.
4) User has 3 month period from the expiry date to recover the access to the account. Upon receive and verify of new subscription, new extension period will start count.
5) After 3 month from the expiry, account terminate permission message will send through user registered mobile contact and email address.
6) User has another 3 month period after the first 3 month expiry to recover the access to the account. An equivalent of 1 month subscription fee to be charge as activation fee to recover the access. Upon receive and verify of new subscription, new extension period will start count.
7) After 6 month of expiry or upon receives permission to terminate account, admin will delete all data related to the account permanently.
